REVISION POLICY
Depending on the bundle you chose, we offer revisions. Customers can request an infinite number of free revisions, and we will do at no additional cost as long as the design and concept remain the same. The response time for revisions would be 48 hours.
REFUND POLICY/ MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If the initial design concepts are approved or a revision is required, any deposited fees for a project will not be refunded after delivery unless logo palette cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance. All refund requests will be processed according to the following procedure:
When the initial logo concepts are presented, you make a request. The refund offer becomes void once you approve or request revisions to the first designs, and refund requests will not be considered.
If you request a refund before the initial design concepts are delivered, you will be eligible for a full refund (less 10 percent service & processing fee). If you seek a refund within 48 hours, you will receive a 66 percent refund (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
You will be eligible for a 33 percent return if you request a refund between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
After 120 hours, no refund requests will be considered; however, because we strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction, you are urged to contact us if you have any concerns.
If you have not taken any action on your order for 60 days after ordering it, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to reactivate your design order, you’ll have to pay a price that varies based on the project.
All refund requests should be sent to the customer service department. Based on your violation of the user agreement, logopalette.com maintains the right to approve or refuse your request on an individual case-by-case basis.

The same return policy will apply to Custom packages.
For example, if you acquire a logo and web design service and accept the logo, you can only get a refund for the website service during the first design.
A good justification must be provided for a refund request, which must be evaluated against the design brief and client feedback for modifications. A refund will not be issued unless the concept is not designed according to the brief; nonetheless, more changes will be supplied until perfect satisfaction is achieved.
The money-back promise is contingent on the order being placed in good faith. We do not consider it good faith when a customer places design orders with many design agencies for the same task in the hopes of receiving a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in this situation.
All design works necessitate client feedback prior to completion, thus it’s only fair that the customer participates and provides feedback in order to get the intended results.
Projects on the website that have been inactive for more than 60 days will be discontinued, and resources will be distributed to other projects. If the project is re-activated, the customer must pay 50% of the project cost plus a handling fee to have the resources re-allocated to the project.
Logo projects that have been inactive for more than 60 days will be decommissioned, and resources will be reassigned to other projects. If the project is re-activated, the client must pay 90% of the project cost plus a handling fee to have the resources re-allocated to the project.
If our designed logo is deemed to be substantially similar to another logo design that may already exist, our 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw. Any resemblance to an existing design is purely coincidental, and logo palette will not be held liable or compensated in such cases. It is the obligation of the client to obtain copyright protection for their artwork.
How do I get my money back? Please make sure you complete the following standards to ensure that your refund request is authorized.

Your design rights would be obtained by logo palette after the refund, and you would be unable to exhibit any version of the design given by the company. Let us also point out that:
1. Because the design rights have been transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to utilize any answer or other content, work product, or media, and that you will have no ownership interest in or to the same.
2. Collaborative efforts with government copyright agencies For the refunded designs, Logo palette would give Copyright Acquisition information, which would prevent the designs from being re-used as original designs in the future.
